1、 Preparation for window installation

窗戶安裝前，需要對窗戶產(chǎn)品進行檢查、看安裝環(huán)境是否合適、是否需要拆下舊窗戶等，諸如此類的事項都要在窗戶安裝前搞定。

Before installing windows, first check the window products to see whether the installation environment is appropriate and whether the old windows need to be removed. Such matters should be completed before installing windows.

1、檢查窗戶產(chǎn)品是否合格

1. Check whether the window products are qualified

窗戶進場時必須經(jīng)過檢查驗收。一是外觀檢查，查其有無破損、斷裂;二是尺寸驗收，查框的四邊尺寸，查扇的方正、翹曲，做到安裝前的質(zhì)量預(yù)控。

Windows must be inspected and accepted when entering the site. First, conduct appearance inspection to check whether it is damaged or broken; The second is the dimension acceptance. Check the dimensions of the four sides of the frame, check the squareness and warpage of the fan, and achieve the quality pre control before installation.

其次是檢查緊固件、五金件、增強型材及金屬襯板等，看表面是否進行了防腐處理。如果采用的是固定片固定，固定片厚度應(yīng)大于或等于1.5mm，小寬度應(yīng)大于或等于15mm，其表面應(yīng)進行鍍鋅處理。

Secondly, check fasteners, hardware, reinforced profiles and metal lining plates to see whether the surface has been treated with anti-corrosion treatment. If the fixing piece is used for fixing, the thickness of the fixing piece shall be greater than or equal to 1.5mm, the minimum width shall be greater than or equal to 15mm, and its surface shall be galvanized.

2、窗戶洞口檢查

想要窗戶有良好的密閉性與穩(wěn)固性，安裝時注意平整度是關(guān)鍵。而保持平整度，關(guān)鍵是處理好窗戶洞口。裝窗戶前，需復(fù)核洞口尺寸是否正確、是否做了橫平豎直，對不符合要求的洞口進行提前處理。

If you want windows to have good tightness and stability, pay attention to flatness during installation is the key. The key to maintaining flatness is to deal with the window opening. Before installing windows, it is necessary to check whether the hole size is correct and whether it is horizontal and vertical, and deal with the holes that do not meet the requirements in advance.

3、舊窗戶拆除方法

不少業(yè)主家是用新窗戶更換舊窗戶，因此需要將舊窗戶取下來。窗戶拆除需要十分小心，防止拆除時對窗戶周邊裝修和墻體造成破壞。一般來講，木窗比較容易取下，塑鋼窗和鋁窗等則較復(fù)雜。

The removal of windows requires great care to prevent damage to the decoration around windows and walls. Generally speaking, wooden windows are easier to remove, while plastic steel windows and aluminum windows are more complex.

需要用刀片把窗戶內(nèi)側(cè)的密封膠等切開，然后取窗框。窗戶如果是采用膨脹螺栓與墻體連接的，可直接用螺絲刀把膨脹螺栓取下，如果脹栓生銹，則可用沖擊鉆將其打碎;而如果是采用連接片連接的則直接使用沖擊鉆即可，如果窗框難以取下，則需用鋼鋸將靠墻的框中部鋸開取下。

If the window is connected to the wall with expansion bolts, the expansion bolts can be removed directly with a screwdriver. If the expansion bolts are rusty, they can be broken with an impact drill; If it is connected by connecting pieces, the impact drill can be used directly. 二、窗戶安裝步驟

窗戶一般由商家提供安裝服務(wù)，而由于商家提供的服務(wù)質(zhì)量參差不齊，且有些工人的操作并不規(guī)范，在一些關(guān)鍵節(jié)點，業(yè)主需要盯緊，避免出現(xiàn)疏忽影響窗戶在使用過程中的質(zhì)量。

Windows are generally installed by businesses. Due to the uneven service quality provided by businesses and the non-standard operation of some workers, the owners need to keep an eye on some key nodes to avoid negligence affecting the quality of windows in the process of use.

1、測尺寸

1. Dimension measurement

在使用鋁合金窗時，封陽臺前應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確地測量陽臺封閉面的尺寸，在施工現(xiàn)場外按尺寸加工制作窗戶框、玻璃，運抵施工現(xiàn)場。在安裝前，應(yīng)檢驗窗戶尺寸與封陽臺的洞口尺寸是否一致。

When using aluminum alloy windows, the size of the balcony sealing surface shall be accurately measured before the sun sealing platform, and the window frame and glass shall be processed and manufactured outside the construction site according to the size and transported to the construction site. Before installation, check whether the window size is consistent with the opening size of the balcony.

2、固定支架

方法1：用固定片固定

窗戶安裝前應(yīng)先清理陽臺洞口的基層，要求將窗戶緊靠墻體的基層材料，并在固定點打孔，預(yù)設(shè)膨脹螺栓或塑料脹銷，以便固定窗體。安裝窗戶時，應(yīng)將窗戶穩(wěn)坐在洞口處，固定其位置，用螺絲加塑料脹銷固定。

Before installing the window, the base course of the balcony opening shall be cleaned first. It is required to remove the base course material of the window close to the wall, punch holes at the fixed points, and preset expansion bolts or plastic expansion pins to fix the window. When installing the window, first sit the window firmly at the hole, fix its position, and fix it with screws and plastic expansion pins.

方法2：用膨脹螺栓固定

一般情況，螺栓需10公分長。倘若遇到一些洞口打偏了，通過抹水泥等抹平。螺栓則需要12公分長，以便直接固定到原墻體的水泥澆筑層中，才能讓窗框穩(wěn)固。可以用手敲一敲，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)窗框周邊的墻是空心的，則需要往深了打。

Generally, the bolt should be 10 cm long. If some holes are deviated, they shall be leveled by plastering cement, etc. The bolt needs to be 12 cm long to be directly fixed into the cement pouring layer of the original wall in order to stabilize the window frame. You can knock it by hand. If you find that the wall around the window frame is hollow, you need to go deep.

3、檢查是否安正

窗框與窗戶洞口連接好后，應(yīng)該檢查窗戶是否安裝正了。若窗戶安裝不正，使用一段時間后可能會出現(xiàn)窗戶越來越歪的情況。如果是常規(guī)的矩形窗戶，可以直接量窗戶的對角線(左下角和右上角、左上角和右下角)，兩根線長度需一致;如果是圓弧型窗戶，需要使用水平尺，尺上的氣泡在中間表明窗戶是正的;如果是傾斜的窗戶，則需要使用吊錘。

4、打發(fā)泡膠

窗戶調(diào)整完后，就需要打發(fā)泡膠，填充窗框與墻之間的縫隙。待發(fā)泡膠固化后(一般需要2-3小時，冬天需要的時間更長)，將多余的發(fā)泡膠切割掉。

After the window is adjusted, you need to send foam glue to fill the gap between the window frame and the wall. After the foam adhesive is cured (it usually takes 2-3 hours, and it takes longer in winter), cut off the excess foam adhesive.

5、安裝窗扇及其他配件

固定好窗框后，接下來就安裝窗扇和其他配件了，注意安裝要小心。

After fixing the window frame, install the window sash and other accessories. Pay attention to the installation carefully.

6、打密封膠

6. Apply sealant

打完發(fā)泡膠后，再在窗框的周邊均勻抹上密封膠，以防止雨水從窗和墻體的安裝縫隙滲入室內(nèi)。

After styrofoam is applied, apply sealant evenly around the window frame to prevent rainwater from penetrating into the room from the installation gap between the window and the wall.
